My Story

From the newroom to your book

I spent three decades at The Times of India as Senior Editor — shaping some of India’s most-read publications. Times Ascent, Times Property, Education Times, Downtown Plus, The Times of South Mumbai, and Mumbai Mirror online. I also edited two IIM Calcutta-mentored management magazines — Strategic Marketing and General Management Review.
That career gave me something most ghostwriters don’t have: a journalist’s discipline. The ability to take complex, expert thinking and turn it into writing that a reader actually wants to finish. I learned what keeps someone on the page, and what makes them leave.
But the most important thing journalism taught me is this: everyone with deep expertise has a story worth telling. Most just need the right person to help them tell it. That realisation is what led me to become an executive ghostwriter in India — and it shapes everything I do today.

Looking for an Executive Ghostwriter in India?

Today I work with executives, academics, and thought leaders across India as a book coach and an executive ghostwriter in India. I am an end-to-end partner — from the first conversation to the moment your book goes live on Amazon.  I have been part of six published books — as author, book coach, research editor, and editor. Each one is a collaboration I’m proud to have been part of.

I write as you.

Every engagement begins with deep listening — recorded conversations, written samples, your existing work — so that by the time the manuscript is done, it sounds unmistakably like the person whose name is on the cover. Confidentiality is absolute. Every project is covered by a signed NDA.

Testimonials

Sridhar is a great asset in converting an idea into a book! He is excellent at developing the idea, research, shaping up content and making him part of my book project was a huge comfort for me to stay focussed on the core idea.
